How do I plug in my Presence Sensors?

We’re delighted you’ve received your presence sensor – now all you have to do to get started is plug it in!

What's in the box?

Getting Connected

1. Plug the Ethernet Cable into the WAN port of your new presence sensor

2. Plug the USB power cable into the power port of your new presence sensor

3. Plug the other end of the Ethernet Cable into any Ethernet Port in the back of any existing internet connection. Screw the white aerial into the presence sensor if you have one (don't worry if you don't).

4. Plug the other end of the Power Cable into a power source (Mikrotik USB or any USB socket). After 3 minutes your presence sensor will be ready to collect data!

For best results, place your presence sensor near to customer seating areas
