Journey Builder Explained: A How-To Guide


What is a Wireless Social Login Journey?


A Wireless Social login journey is the series of steps a guest follows when connecting to the guest WiFi in your venues. This guide explains how to use the Login Journey Builder, accessible under Configure WiFi on the Insights menu at https://insights.wireless-social.com.



What Can You Customise in the Journey Builder?


In the Journey Builder section of Insights, you have the power to set up and customise various aspects of the guest WiFi login experience:


  1. Login Page(s):

  • Create universal or venue-specific login pages.


  1. Questions:

  • Gather feedback and additional information by posing easy-to-answer questions during the login journey.


  1. Decisions:

  • Tailor the login journey for different guests based on conditions like day, time, answers to questions, age, etc.

  • Schedule specific parts of the journey in advance.


  1. Redirect(s):

  • Choose the URL guests are directed to after successfully connecting to your guest WiFi


  1. Activate: 

  • Personalise your interactions with guests through targeted surprise and delight campaigns. To find out more, please contact your Account Manager.  https://wireless-social.com/activate 



How to Set Up a New Login Journey


To add a new login journey, follow these steps:


  • Log into Insights at https://insights.wireless-social.com.

  • Navigate to Configure WiFi > Login Journeys.

  • Use the ‘+ New Journey’ button in the top right to start setting up a new journey.

How to Preview Your Journey:


  • Use the ‘Preview’ button in the top right of the journey builder.

  • Access a preview link to share with others using the ‘Copy Link’ button within the preview.



How to Apply Your Journey to Venues once your journey is set up:


  • Open the journey login editor.

  • Click the ‘Apply to Venues’ button in the top right.

  • Choose venues or groups to apply the journey to from the dropdown menu.

  • Click ‘Apply’
