Head to Onboarding > Access Journeys > click into the redirects tab
The redirect is setting where the customer will end up once they have logged into the Wi-Fi.
- Click ‘New Redirect’
- Give your redirect a name
- Select if the redirect will be a URL redirect or an online splash page (if you’re sending them to a website, this will be a URL redirect!)
- Include the URL or select the online splash page
- Add any conditions to the redirect
- Save
You can add the following conditions to a redirect:
- Age
- Gender
- Number of visits to the venue
- Birthday
- Last visit
- Platform
- Browser
For example, a customer with an upcoming birthday may be sent to a party planning page on your website, or offered to join a birthday club mailing list.
