How to create a redirect for the Access Journey

Head to Onboarding > Access Journeys > click into the redirects tab

The redirect is setting where the customer will end up once they have logged into the Wi-Fi. 

  1. Click ‘New Redirect’
  2. Give your redirect a name
  3. Select if the redirect will be a URL redirect or an online splash page (if you’re sending them to a website, this will be a URL redirect!)
  4. Include the URL or select the online splash page
  5. Add any conditions to the redirect
  6. Save

 

You can add the following conditions to a redirect: 

  • Age 
  • Gender
  • Number of visits to the venue
  • Birthday
  • Last visit
  • Platform
  • Browser

 

For example, a customer with an upcoming birthday may be sent to a party planning page on your website, or offered to join a birthday club mailing list.
