How to amend the marketing opt in message

Head to Onboarding > Access Journeys > click into the options tab.


The marketing opt-in message is the text that your guests agree to when they choose to either tick the opt-in box or not.

We’ve found that a short, simple message gets the best opt-in rate. Please note that this message is very literal, so consider wording if amending this message. You can also use the Insights platform to see if amending the message affects your opt in rate.
